We keep shipping simple at Bergadler — one flat rate, no surprises at checkout.

i. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At checkout, if your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be notified before payment.

ii. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to all orders, regardless of order value or number of items. This charge is added at checkout and is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
There are no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
iii. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days — Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and handed over to our courier partner.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
iv. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location within India:
Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote or rural pin codes: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high-volume periods (such as sales events or festive seasons), courier backlogs, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather disruptions or local holidays.
v. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery in real time.

vi. Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times at your provided address. If delivery fails on both attempts — due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept — the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
vii. Lost or Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will raise an investigation with the courier partner and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
For transit damage claims, photographs of the packaging and the product are required.
viii. Address Changes
We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. If you need to update your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@bergadler.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 6361220922 and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
